Cooks of Crocus Hill, with locations in St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN, will welcome chef Ranelle Kirchner for an event on February 5 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Kirchner is a local licensed registered dietitian, certified diabetic educator and Le Cordon Bleu culinary graduate.
According to the retailer, the event will feature the book “Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables,” written by Josh McFadden. During the event attendees will cook a variety of of the chef’s recipes. In addition, registered attendees will receive a copy of the book.
The menu includes: Pumpkin Bolognese and Fresh Pasta; Fried Celery Root Steaks; Freekeh, Mushroom, Turnips, Almonds; Parsnip, Date and Hazelnut Loaf.
