St. Paul, MN-based Cooks of Crocus Hill will welcome celebrity chef Edward Lee for a signing of his new book, “Buttermilk Graffiti: A Chef’s Journey to Discover America’s New Melting-Pot Cuisine.” Lee is a James Beard award winner, TV host and former Top Chef contestant.
During the event, Lee will also prepare a selection of recipes from his new book including: Pickled Salmon with Strawberries, Dill and Horseradish Cream and Savory Pancakes; Amok Trey (steamed coconut curry with fish); Whiskey-Ginger Cake with Pear Salad.
Chef Lee owns several restaurants including 610 Magnolia, MilkWood and Whiskey Dry in Louisville; Succotash National Harbor and Succotash Penn Quarter in Washington DC. Lee is also the author of “Smoke and Pickles”.
The event will take place on April 25 at 6 p.m and the ticket price is $85.
