Cooks of Crocus Hill, which has several stores in the Minneapolis area, has turned its Stillwater, MN-based store into an outlet center.
Owner Karl Benson told MSPMag.com that after using the time off to remerchandise and reimagine its Main Street location, an outlet concept was the best path forward.
According to the store’s website, customers will find discounted culinary merchandise from previous seasons, gently used equipment from the cooking schools, scratched and dented items, samples and discontinued products. All merchandise is greatly reduced.
While the retailer’s Main Street location opened as social distancing rules have been relaxed, its North Loop location remains shuttered. This, noted Benson, is due to the heavy reliance on cooking classes. Cooks of Crocus Hill is hoping to reopen that location next month.
