Cooks Innovations Celebrates 20 Years With New Gadgets

Cooks Innovations is celebrating 20 years in business with the launch of two new silicone products, the Spoontula and the Spoon Rest.

The Spoontula is made up of food-safe silicone and can be used on all coated and non-coated surfaces. Its flexible sides and nylon core make it lightweight and easy-to-use while scraping and serving, the company said. It is dishwasher safe and heat resistant up to 550 degrees. The gadget comes in a set of two, an 11-inch large red and 8-inch medium orange, and carries a manufacturers suggested retail price of $12.99 for the set.

“I am particularly proud of these two innovations,” said Peter Vander Stichele, Cooks Innovations founder and president. “They not only look good, but most importantly they help our customers save money by avoiding waste. Indeed, with the Spoontula, no more leftover food in cans and jars. From the very bottom up to the rim, you get all the food out with little to no effort.”

The Spoon Rest is a companion piece to the Spoontula and can be used with all kitchen utensils. It is designed to keep a working area clean, is heat-resistant and dishwasher safe and does not become brittle with time, the company said. The Spoon Rest is available in red and charcoal colors, and carries an MRSP of $6.99.
