Meyer Corporation’s Breville Thermal Pro cookware has won a 2016 iF Design Award and a 2016 Red Dot Design Award.
The company noted that the iF Design Awards selected the Breville Thermal Pro cookware for its performance and design. The Red Dot Design Award, judged by designers, journalists, specialists, and design professors, also selected the cookware for design excellence.
Launched earlier this year, the Breville Thermal Pro cookware is available in two collections: Breville Thermal Pro clad cookware and Breville Thermal Pro hard anodized cookware.
Both collections feature a multi-layered and contoured base that conducts, controls and retains heat from base to walls for even cooking, the company said. The cookware is suitable for all cooking surfaces, including induction. The cookware also features a curved interior shape that Meyer said facilitates whisking and stirring, and prevents food from becoming lodged or trapped in crevices.
Available in 10-piece sets and a wide range of open stock items, Breville Thermal Pro cookware is currently available at Bed Bath and Beyond and Dillard’s, and is launching in additional gourmet stores this fall.
