Breville has introduced the 3X Bluicer Pro, with a focus on the kitchen appliance’s versatility as a blender and juicer combination. The company said that with the appliance’s launch, it is encouraging consumers with “bluicing,” mixing fresh juice with fresh blends using the same appliance.
Building on Breville’s blenders and juicers, the 3X Bluicer Pro consists of one base with interchangeable parts: a juicing chute with an attachable pulp bin along with a blending jug that doubles as a carafe for juicing.
For blending, the Bluicer features five one touch programs for green smoothie, smoothies, frozen cocktail, pulse/ice crush and auto clean; a variable speed dial with ten settings; a 1.5-liter blender jug with a Kinetix contoured blade and bowl system; and compatibility with the Vac Q vacuum pump (sold separately), which removes air from the jug before blending for brighter colors and smoother textures.
For juicing, the Bluicer features an extra large feed chute to accommodate whole fruits and vegetables; Cold Spin technology; an elevated juicing system; and a large 3-liter pulp bin for continuous juicing.
The Breville 3X Bluicer Pro is available at Williams Sonoma for a suggested retail price of $399.95.
