Bradshaw Home has received the Cornerstone Award from the National Breast Cancer Foundation. According to NBCF, the award recognizes organizations that have worked with NBCF for 10 years or more and have been pivotal in the success that the NBCF has had in their mission of Helping Women Now during the last decade.
The partnership started in 2005 with a cause-marketing promotion featuring Bradshaw Home’s Bialetti branded pink cookware, which was followed the next year with the GoodCook pink kitchenware products and Bialetti Moka Pot. With a portion of sales from every pink product donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Bradshaw Home stated it has raised close to $700,000 for the cause.
“Support from Bradshaw Home has helped launch our National Mammography Program, providing over 4,000 screening and diagnostic services to women in need across the country,” said Danae Johnson, senior director of development at NBCF.
Brett Bradshaw, co-president, Bradshaw Home, added, “We’ve all experienced the benefits of early detection through our families and friends, and wanted to support a cause that directly impacts screening services for women in need. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and look forward to 10 more years of our partnership.”
Bradshaw Home continues to support NBCF, with recent contributions coming from the Bialetti pink 10-inch saute pan.
