The Boston Globe recently put the spotlight on the JK Adams maple carving board. The media outlet, which covers Boston, MA and the surrounding areas, called the product, “the cutting board that just made carving your turkey a whole lot easier.”
Made from maple, the carving board is reversible. One side of the board features an indentation that cradles poultry and other roasts to prevent it from slipping while being carved, the company said. The other side is flat, however, it has a juice groove. Finished with mineral oil, the product carries a suggested retail price of $80. It can also be personalized, the company said.
