Lodge Cast Iron is bringing its new Blacklock Deep Skillet to the market. The skillet, which comes with a lid, has a 4-quart capacity and is cast in a thin, lightweight design, the company said.
Triple seasoned for a natural non-stick finish, the cookware also comes with elevated handles for added comfort and control as well as basting rings recirculate moisture as food cooks. Made in the U.S., the Blacklock deep skillet has a suggested retail price of $150.
The Blacklock Collection debuted in July 2019. The line is named after the company’s original foundry and touts a triple seasoned coating for a natural, non-stick surface right out of the box. Additional collection pieces include: a 7-inch skillet; a 10.25-inch skillet; a 12-inch skillet; a 14.5-inch skillet; a 5.5-quart Dutch oven; a 12-inch grill pan, and a double burner griddle.
