Bialetti, which is distributed in the U.S. by Bradshaw Home, is adding a Lock & Strain Multi-Pot. The new pot is modeled after the company’s Pasta Pot but brings several other new benefits to home cooks.
According to the company, the new cookware offering is made of polished, high-grade 18/8 stainless steel for brilliance and durability. The aluminum core base heats quickly and evenly for better cooking results, while a secure twist-to-lock lid design and oversized handles provide safe straining. The 6-quart multiple use pot uses the company’s locking lid with strainer that allows the user to boil and strain from the same vessel.
“The Bialetti Pasta Pot has been a favorite for many home cooks because of the 2-in-1 convenience of a pot and strainer, reducing the need for a colander,” said Chris Welch, director of product management at Bradshaw Home. “The interest in our pasta pots continues to grow, so we’re excited to introduce our new stainless steel Lock & Strain Multi-Pot, which offers users a high-performing material for their everyday go-to pot for a multitude of uses.”
The pot will be available in August and will carry a suggested retail price of $99.99.
