The company’s new Veggie Sheet Slicer is designed to transform zucchini, potatoes, beets and similar vegetables into paper-thin sheets. The new tool enables home cooks to reinterpret classics into inspiring creations, such as low-carb lasagna or crunchy snacks. The slicer comes with recipes for Potato Roses, Vegetable Gratin, Apple Tart and other ideas. It has a suggested retail price of $39.99.
The company will also have on display its Potato Ricer. The new 2-in-1 gadget is designed to peel and mash simultaneously, making it easier to create homemade mashed potatoes from scratch. The company made a demo video available online. The ricer has a suggested retail price $34.99.
