As consumers gravitate toward cooking comfort food at home, Betty Bossi will shine a spotlight on its Filled Burger Press and Filled Meatball Maker at the upcoming winter markets.
The company’s Filled Burger Press lets consumers shape meat or veggie burgers. It features a large burger mold with a hollow shape for cheese and other fillings. A specially constructed bottom allows burgers to be removed from the mold in one piece. It also comes with a color booklet with instructions and recipes for Artisan Cheeseburger with a Twist, Chicken Burger with Guacamole, and a Chickpea & Edamame Burger.
Another trend the kitchen gadgets tap into is the popularity of vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian meatballs and burgers can be made with a wide range of ingredients including beans, cheese, chickpeas, rice, quinoa, lentils, nuts, tofu, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini and more.
“Our Filled Meatball Maker and Filled Burger Press make it fast and easy to mix it up in the kitchen. We have a lot going for us here – the momentum of recipe trends, experimentation with fresh flavors, and the time-saving benefits of well-designed products. With many people adopting special diets or food preferences, these products make it easy to create individualized portions that make everyone happy,” said Steve White, North American consultant for Betty Bossi.
Suggested retail prices are $19.99 for the Filled Burger Press, $19.99 for the Filled Meatball Maker Set of two, and $9.99 for the small Filled Meatball Maker. They are all available for immediate shipment.
