Over-the-Rhine, OH-based Artichoke announced that it would begin hosting cooking classes this summer. The store, which opened in April, has held several different demonstrations featuring products that are available at Artichoke, however, this will be the first full cooking class featured.
The gourmet housewares store will host its first cooking class on June 25, which will be taught by Chef Anthony Jordan of Invito Personal Chef, according to Soapbox Cincinnati. Jordan worked under Jean-Robert de Cavel for a few years and then started his own company to focus on healthy eating and tailoring menus and meals to his clients’ dietary needs.
According to owner Karen Hughes, who owns the store with husband Brad, the goal is to host at least one cooking class per month.
