April Cornell Debuts Spring 2017 Textiles

April Cornell has debuted its Spring 2017 collection of kitchen textiles.

According to the company, the Simple Pleasures collection was inspired by provincial French linens with single color motifs that pay homage to vintage illustrations from American and European craftspeople of the early century.

Included in the collection is the Backyard Rooster and Felicity’s flower patterns in shades of blue, green, gold and red. The collection also includes the Dandelion Dreams pattern.

The patterns are available in aprons, potholders, tea towels, cocktail napkins, tablecloths and table runners, all of which are printed on 100% cotton hopsack. The company described this a textured weave with the softness and hand-feel of an heirloom linen.
