Beatriz Ball has unveiled new collections and several line extensions that will launch at the Summer 2018 gift shows in Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York.
The new Noir tableware collection is a stylistic departure for Beatriz Ball, the company said. It features richly textured, ceramic tableware in deep hues with a metallic sheen, enlivened by rims of gold. The organically shaped bowls and platters are meant to be mixed, stacked and layered. The collection includes an oval baking dish, four bowls, an oval tray and a large round platter. Kiln-fired and glazed by hand in Portugal, the Noir pieces are food safe and ovenproof.
“I’m thrilled to introduce the Noir collection of hand glazed ceramics,” said Beatriz Ball, founder, owner and chief designer. “The pieces are so rich looking; both modern and elemental at the same time.”
Other summer introductions include the Leaf collection and new Oyster bowls in melamine, as well as line extensions to the Havana and Alegria melamine collections. In its signature metalware, the company will launch Serpentina tabletop items and also line extensions to the Soho, Vento and Garden designs. The Giftables collection of gift boxed items is also expanding.
According to the company, its extensive line of tabletop items in metal alloy, ceramics and melamine can be mixed and matched for casual or more elegant entertaining, whether indoors or outdoors.
“I love how the pieces work together,” said Ball.
