De’Longhi America, Inc. today announced the appointment of Linda Passaro as vp/marketing, effective March 1, 2012. In her new post Passaro will be responsible for managing De’Longhi’s marketing activities for all of North America. She will report directly to Mike Prager, president and CEO, De’Longhi America.
“We are excited to have Linda join the De’Longhi team. Her experience in building world class premium and luxury brands fits perfectly with the De’Longhi equity and our go forward plans in North America,” said Prager.
Prior to joining De’Longhi, Passaro most recently worked as global vp/sales and marketing of McIntosh Laboratory where she repositioned the 60 year old iconic audio brand to the luxury lifestyle market and initiated the company’s global website, digital and social media strategy. Passaro also spent several years at Montblanc NA, a division of the Richemont Group.
Hawthorne Gilt is new from Caskata’s luxury line Insignia C, and features jewelry-inspired bands of weaves and crosshatches in a matte gold color way. The dinnerware is bone china, and it is made in the USA.
