For example, Cheney will discuss how to use spices in surprising new ways such as in a homemade vanilla-bay leaf spritzer as well as a bay-fig-hazelnut granola.
In addition, Cheney will demonstrate how to make two versions of mayonnaise utilizing herbs: an herbal-saffron and chili-spiced mayo.
Cheney will also discuss how to balance unique Persian flavors such as cardamom and rose in a beautiful coconut rice pudding.
According to the retailer’s website, Claire Cheney founded Curio Spice Co. in 2015 and sources spices from around the world.
